1.1. First Time Login -Okta Verify

• As of March 7th, 2025, we are no longer utilizing text codes for secondary authentication.  All users must use Okta Verify. To do so:
• Sign in at https://clicknclose.okta.com/ , then follow the on screen instructions:

Step 1: Install Okta Verify

1. Download the App:
• For iOS devices, go to ‎Okta Verify
• For Android devices, go to Okta Verify - Apps on Google Play
• Install the app on your phone by clicking "Install."

 

Step 2: Enroll Your Device in Okta Verify

1. Open Okta Verify: Open the Okta Verify app on your phone.
2. Click Add Account
3. Choose Organization
4. Click Skip
5. Click No, sign in instead
6. Enter clicknclose.okta.com
